Welcome aboard, Nederlandse Bouw Unie
Nederlandse Bouw Unie is starting with Dynamic Discounting via NCN Capital. The kick-off was on 23 October, with one goal: the first accelerated invoice.

On Friday 23 October we sat down with the team of Nederlandse Bouw Unie (NBU) for the kick-off. There was a cake with both logos on it, and the screen showed what the coming weeks are about. NBU is going to work with Dynamic Discounting. We’re happy about it, and we’re looking forward to it.
In short
Why Dynamic Discounting
In construction, payment terms stretch out quickly. Suppliers and subcontractors are the first to feel it. With Dynamic Discounting, NBU can pay approved purchase invoices early from its own liquidity. The supplier decides per invoice whether to use it, in exchange for a discount. NBU earns a return on money that would otherwise sit idle in the bank. No credit or external financier is involved.
For NBU’s suppliers, little changes in how they work. They send their invoice as always. Once it’s approved, they see it in the platform and choose whether they want their money earlier. If they don’t, NBU simply pays on the agreed term.
From signature to the first accelerated invoice
That line was on the screen during the kick-off, and it’s right. A signature is a good start, but it only counts once the first supplier has been paid early. The route there is short.
What it delivers
For NBU’s suppliers. Money earlier when they need it, without a contract or credit check. They decide again for every invoice.
For NBU. A return on its own liquidity, and a supply chain that waits less for its money. That shows in the cooperation with the partners it builds with every day.
NBU, thank you for your trust. On to that first invoice.
