We handle your data with care. Below you can read exactly which personal data we process, why, for how long and what rights you have.

This English version is a translation of our Dutch privacy statement, provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Dutch version is authoritative.
1. Who are we?

2. Which data do we process?
Via the contact form on this website we ask for:
- Name — so we can address you personally;
- Email address — so we can reply;
- Company (optional) — to put your question in context;
- Message — the content of your question or request.
To prevent abuse and spam, when you submit the form we also process a limited amount of technical data, such as the time of submission and your IP address. We use these solely for the security and proper functioning of the form.
3. The instrument on the homepage
The interactive instrument (the dials) works entirely in your own browser. Your choices are only used as parameters in the URL of the results page to show your advice. No data is sent to us or stored in the process.
4. What do we use your data for?
We only use your data to handle your message and to contact you about your question. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send you unsolicited commercial messages.
5. On what legal basis?
The processing is based on your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and on our legitimate interest in handling questions from (potential) customers properly and securely.
6. How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep the data from your message longer than necessary — in principle no longer than 12 months after the last contact. After that we delete it, unless a statutory retention obligation applies or we enter into a customer relationship with you (for which a separate legal basis then applies).
7. With whom do we share your data?
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us run this website and our email, such as our Dutch hosting and email provider. These parties process your data solely on our instructions and within the European Union.
8. Cookies and statistics
This website places no tracking cookies by default and uses no external analytics or advertising services. We load fonts and other files from our own server, not via external CDNs. So simply visiting the site does not share any data with third parties.
9. How do we secure your data?
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access. Our platform is developed in-house, with security and diligence as guiding principles.
10. What rights do you have?
Under the GDPR you have, among others, the right to:
- access to the data we process about you;
- rectification of incorrect data;
- erasure of your data;
- restriction of, or objection to, the processing;
- withdrawal of consent given earlier.
